How can we solve the lack of skilled employees in engineering?Solution:
Quite a number especially of technical fields battles on long term basis with the lack of skilled employees. We offer the solution to this problem in cooperation with our partners. We run a project of Re-qualifying Centre for CNC machining.In Re-qualifying Centre for CNC machining we advance special skills of employees of companies and we re-qualify the unemployed in the field of "Programming and operation of CNC centre" (more at www.rekvalifikacni-centrum.cz)
We would like to further develop the Re-qualifying Centre also in other fields - CNC die-casting, mechanotronics, etc. On the development of the Re-qualifying Centre we cooperate with universities, apprentice training centres and companies which work with modern technologies especially in the field of automotive and aerospace industry.
