Golf resort development in Slovakia
DC VISION acquired a contract from important Slovak private investor for the execution of the feasibility study for the new golf resort in an exclusive locality in Slovakia. Our strategic partner - INGOLF Slovakia - delivers the design of the golf course and Mr. Alan Babicky is providing the best marketing guys from the World Class Golf business into this project.
Part of our job is to design the economic model of the resort, find a financial investor into follow-up residential projects. We hope we will be able to present the results of the project soon, i.e. to invite our partners and clients for the opening of the new one of the most exclusive golf resorts in Central Europe.
The British have got a long term tradition, South Europeans offer nice environment on the see side. Increasing number of golf courses do not create substantial competitive advantage for the golf resort. There is the need to co-operate with tour operators, transportation companies and other services. Our experts deliver excellent know-how to create the sustainable competitive advantage for our clients in Central Europe, via implementation of the Sport Leadership ProgrammeTM from DC VISION.
