The employee potential is ascertained by the help of the unique method LIFO - the method based on the life orientation and communication style. LIFO is a self-projective method of affective and practical usage of communication styles which aim is to obtain maximum (positive outputs) both out of yourselves and of others. This method is based on natural development. From childhood we are constantly learning new things. Some of them we use more and more often, others - particularly those in which we are not very successful - we stop using. In managerial practice at managing people we are as efficient as how we can adapt our communication style to the needs of people.
