KBA Grafitec used the call "Educate yourselves" for the implementation of LEAN processes!
The project builds on the successful cooperation with DC VISION and continues with the implementation of lean principles, which DC VISION started to implement in KBA Grafitec in August 2008.
The project under the call "Educate yourselves" allowed to involve other levels of the company, in addition to management also foremen and operators could attend the training courses. Overall, the training was attended by 46 foremen and 181 operators.
The employees get the opportunity to participate in the further education, to improve their professional knowledge, skills and competencies in the general education and employers obtain the space for more effective solutions of the staffing situation during the crisis.
KBA Grafitec is part of the German international corporation Koenig & Bauer AG, the second largest producer of the printing machines in the world.
