Krnovské opravny a strojírny - Implementation of the Lean manufacturing principles started!

DC VISION, s.r.o. builds on the successful projects in the field of implementing the "lean manufacturing" in the large Czech companies. We are very proud that on 18th May 2009 we started the introductory workshops to introduce the principles of lean production in the traditional Czech company Krnovské opravny a strojírny, s.r.o.
Krnovské opravny a strojírny, s.r.o. successfully builds on the rich history of Dílny pro opravy železničních kolejových vozidel and with its approximately 600 employees is the second largest employer in the town of Krnov.
DC VISION thanks the management of the Krnovské opravny a strojírny, s.r.o. for the trust and looks forward to further cooperation in enhancing the productivity.
