A member of the advisory group Allied Consultants Europe, our partner company Implement, organizes a half-day seminar for the key managers of our advisory group, which will be led by John P. Kotter about the topic "Leading Change in tough times". Mr. Libor Witassek, MBA, Managing Partner will actively participate on this event as a representative of DC VISION. The objective of this seminar is to prepare new concepts of the change management for our clients in the period of economic recession. Topics of the seminar are:

• How to make changes in the most difficult economic conditions,
• How to convert crisis into opportunity,
• How to make changes for sustainable growth,
• How to motivate people to successful changes.

John P. Kotter, Harvard Business School professor, is one of the world's top experts and gurus in the field of the leadership skills development and implementation of the transformation processes dealing with the strategic behavior of the companies under the conditions of the rapid and dramatic changes of the economic environment. Internal change of the company itself - for example the introduction of TQM, reengineering, change of the corporate culture, etc. - will not be successful if the managers responsible for the business transformation will not change their methods and their behavior and will not concentrate more on the "soft" methods of leading the people than purely on the managerial approaches.
