We would like to invite you to the Lean Forum

World has changed and everything is different! The time, when we had the product which matched the large group of customers, is over. We get under greater pressure and flexibility and efficiency are more and more current topics. Get inspired for continuous improvement in the Lean Forum, which is organized by the Academy of productivity and innovation, s.r.o. (Akademie produktivity a inovací, s.r.o - API) and DC VISION, s.r.o.

Contribution of the Forum:

Discussions of still open questions: How to create lean processes? What to do after an era of crisis management and cutting expenditures? How did the crisis become apparent in companies that had set lean processes? How to be “lean” in administration and services? etc.

The Forum shows you ways and methods how to create lean processes across the whole organization. Learn from the best and from those who paid off to be lean in times of crisis. Conclusions of the largest European study on Lean Management will be presented on the Forum. Within the framework of the Forum, there will be a Study Tour in IFE-ČR, s.r.o. (company which has its own functioning Knorr Production System.) As part of the Forum there will be workshops, held by individual speakers, focusing on issues of lean processes.

• Too few managers are taking charge of significant and persistent development of Lean in their organization..


• Many companies lack working with standards in a structured way due to fear of loosing creativity and innovation.


• Too few organizations have the needed discipline to truly succeed with Lean!
