Goals of the Forum
- Discussion of still open questions: How to lean processes? How to proceed after an era of crisis management and cost cutting strategies? How the crisis has became apparent in those companies that have set lean processes? How to be lean in administration and services?
- Forum will show you ways and paths to lean processes across the entire organisation. Learn from the best and from those who had advantages of implementing lean processes during the crisis
- Presentation of the conclusions of the largest European study on Lean Management.
- Study Tour in IFE-ČR, a.s. will be realized (IFE is a company known for its
own working Knorr Production System).
