Evaluation of the monitoring system

The subject of the public tender is the evaluation of the monitoring system aimed at evaluation of the monitoring methods with an emphasis on analyzing of quality of the monitoring systems and identifying the weaknesses and suggestions for improvement, especially verification of the functionality of the monitoring systems, their coherence and effectiveness of providing high-quality output for the management of the Regional Operational program of the Cohesion region Northeast (hereafter only as "ROP SV), preparation of the evaluation studies, which will represent the output of the evaluation and presentation of the evaluation study to the submitter and the Expert group for the evaluation of the ROP SV.
