The company RAYFILM started a programme for its sales representatives with the aim to enhance their sales competencies

DC VISION started in mid-September a consulting and training programme which main goal is to increase the sales performance of sales representatives. The whole programme will be implemented in a series of regular meetings of employees from the sales department of RAYFILM until the end of the first half of 2010. The training modules will be complemented by short consultations between the individual sales department teams. During these consultations activities will be evaluated which will have been carried out by the sales representatives in accordance to new stimuli gained from the trainings.


The untraditional concept of the training programme will help to rise sales performance in form of new customers or new commissions from current customers respectively in a relatively short period.

The main focus of RAYFILM, s.r.o. is on the production of self-adhesive labels. As the production volume of other Czech companies producing self-adhesive labels is not that big RAYFILM ranks first in this sector. The production portfolio consists further of photo paper, foils, plotter papers and other products. The products’ high quality is ensured according to the certificate ISO 9001 which was introduced in RAYFILM in 2004.
