Sport Leadership Programme

DC VISION, together with the company Ingolf developed a new training program Sport Leadership Programme.
Objectives of this program are:
- Improving the economic performance of the club,
- Financial stability of the club, higher profitability,
- Transparent reporting to sponsors,
- Transparent and professional human resource management.
The program consists of the following six modules:
- Module 1 - Business Development (28. - 29. 5. 2009),
- Module 2 - Management and Organization (25. - 26. 6. 2009),
- Module 3 - Media and PR (17. - 18. 9. 2009),
- Module 4 - Management of the club in the practice (22. - 23. 9. 2009),
- Module 5 - Communication (12. - 13. 11. 2009),
- Module 6 – Brand development (10. - 11. 12. 2009).
